We’re a family-owned, 5-star rated electrical company proudly serving Long Island for over 40 years. We’re growing and looking for a Working Foreman — someone who leads from the front, tools in hand, managing jobs while staying actively involved in the physical work.
If you're a seasoned residential electrician who’s ready to step into a leadership role without stepping off the jobsite, this position is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work side-by-side with your crew while leading residential service jobs, upgrades, and full installations
- Manage day-to-day operations on site: layout, scheduling, safety, quality control, and customer communication
- Perform hands-on electrical work including roughing, trim, troubleshooting, and final walkthroughs
- Ensure all work meets code and company standards
- Train and guide apprentices/helpers to develop their skills and efficiency
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 7+ years of residential electrical experience, including lead or foreman responsibilities
- Are comfortable both running the job and doing the work
- Can read blueprints, delegate tasks, and keep projects on schedule
- Have a clean driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Are confident with service upgrades, panel replacements, lighting, fans, and device work
- Take pride in a neat appearance, jobsite cleanliness, and representing a top-tier company
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: $80,000–$95,000/year based on experience
- Paid time off and vacation days
- Company uniforms
- Occasional bonuses
- Career growth into, EV, generator, or project management roles
- A professional, supportive team that respects and rewards leadership in the field
