Associate - GIB sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap corp clients in the Tech, Media & Telecomms sectors. Assist in the execution of corp finance transactions incl. sell-side & buy-side M&A, debt & equity financing & strategic advisory. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite. Reqs: Bach degree or equiv. & 2 yrs exp. in: Execute investment banking transactions & processes in a global firm environment, incl. M&A & cap mrkts products, to provide strategic advisory for corp clients & help assess strategic fit & transaction structure that would optimize financial outcome for corp clients; Perform comprehensive valuation incl. Levered Buyout Analysis, Discounted Cash Flow, IPO Pro Forma Analysis, Accretion & Dilution Analysis, Public Comparables, Precedent Transactions, & Sum-of-the-Parts analysis to form view on valuation. 15% domestic/int'l travel required, as nec.
