Associate Director, Macquarie Holdings (USA) Inc, New York, NY. Responsibilities: Responsible for providing advisory to infrastructure and energy companies, including merger and acquisition advisory, equity financing, debt financing, and private capital raising; overseeing commercial analysis and modelling; preparing and delivering pitches to potential clients; designing and leading production of presentations, information memoranda, and other analyses for internal and external audiences; conducting due diligence on behalf of clients; working closely with team to generate and execute such transactions; and participating in management of team of professional analysts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics) and 7 years of experience in job offered or 7 years of investment banking and/or management consulting experience with focus on energy and/or infrastructure. In alternative, Master's degree in Finance or related field (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Law) and 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of investment banking and/or management consulting experience with focus on energy and/or infrastructure. Prior experience must include 5 years working on all aspects of investment process, including performing financial modeling, performing structural modeling and transaction structuring, performing transaction due diligence, preparing transaction documentation, and obtaining transaction committee approval; 5 years working with various financial markets, including equity structures, mezzanine financings, preferred equity deals, bank financings, and capital markets; and 5 years writing investment memoranda, including evaluating risk and recommending structuring options. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
