Job Description

The Human Resources Professional interviews, hires and orients new field staff, fills orders, assigns field staff personnel and records and updates compliance requirements for field staff.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Interviews, hires and orients new field staff

2. Coordinates applicants’ hiring process

3. Works directly with Supervisory RN in scheduling all branch in-service training programs

4. Coordinates field staff assignments

5. Maintains communication with client

6. Assists in payroll and billing functions

Candidates must possess:

Minimum, 2-year college degree, 4-year preferred.

Computer literate.

Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently prioritize tasks.

Previous home care experience

A valid NYS driver's license is required
