Job DescriptionSalary: $26.00 per hour

Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour



Job Summary:

Assemble and test self-contained mechanical rooms to specification while following all safety and company guidelines.


Job Duties:

Use blueprints, schematics, small/power tools, and electronic test equipment to perform a variety of tasks in areas including but not limited to electrical systems/components, HVAC, carpentry, electrical fixtures/switches/power sources.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and P&I (P&ID) diagrams to construct industrial HVAC systems including but not limited to:

  • Construction of superstructure
  • Installation of all specified equipment and components
  • Route and connect pipes
  • Run electric conduit for wiring
  • Install cladding and roof panels, including fabricating holes for vents and pipes
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team and business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, assembly, and mechanical drawings.
  • Must have strong mechanical skills and experience with basic hand tools and light power tools.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and may occasionally lift over 50 lbs, where employee assistance is required.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to do basic computer tasks.
