A reputable home care agency in Jamaica, Queens is seeking a detail-oriented and personable CHHA Intake RN to join their supportive team.
About the Role:
As the Intake RN, you’ll play a vital role in reviewing and processing intake paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. You’ll liaise with social workers, discharge planners, and physicians who refer patients, building trust and maintaining strong professional relationships with them.
Your ability to earn trust from healthcare professionals while maintaining accuracy and professionalism will be key to success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Home care intake experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming personality.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage intake paperwork, referrals, and authorizations.
