Established Bronx R.E. Management and Affordable Housing developer seeks;
A reliable and enthusiastic person with skills and experience to fill a challenging position which includes the following work and skill set to perform;
-New Rentals and renewal leases, both Residential and Commercial.
Types of Residential Leases and renewals- Rent Stabilized, Section 8: NYCHA, HPD, HCR and CityFHEPS
-Full understanding of the terms and conditions of commercial and residential lease
- Experience in Office Management
To Reiterate:
-Must be able to fill out H.A.P contracts, rent stabilized lease, lease renewals and store leases. An understanding of these documents are necessary.
-Correspondence, interaction and compliance with governing agencies including but not limited to: H.P.D, H.U.D, D.E.P, D.E.C, D.OH, Etc
-Insurance tracking and implementation
-Strong reading, comprehensive and strong writing skills is a must
- College Degree Required
Spanish Speaking is a plus
