Job Details
- Join a dynamic global insurance coverage and litigation team
- Handle insurance coverage matters involving first- and third-party claims, bad faith, and risk management
- Litigate coverage and commercial disputes in state and federal courts
- Draft and analyze insurance policies and complex coverage opinions
- Manage litigation files through all stages, including court appearances, depositions, and discovery
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple jurisdictions and practice areas
- Provide high-level strategic advice to insurer clients
Looking For:
- J.D. and licensed to practice in New York; additional state admissions a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience, with a focus on insurance coverage and litigation
- Experience in bad faith claims, declaratory judgement actions, and policy analysis
- Strong background in first- and third-party insurance matters and complex policy interpretation
- Proven ability to manage complex case files and deliver legal opinions
