Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000+ (Salary + Performance-Based Incentives)

Expected Earnings:

Year 1: $100,000 - $112,000

Year 2: $105,000 - $120,000

Year 3: $120,000+

About the Role:

This is more than just a training role-it's a strategic leadership position where your impact will be seen in our bottom line. You'll be responsible for designing, delivering, and measuring training programs that directly influence sales success. Whether you're coming from a corporate background or an independent consulting career, this role offers the chance to lead with purpose, collaborate with senior leadership, and shape the trajectory of a rapidly growing fintech firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Deliver Sales Training: Build and lead onboarding programs and ongoing development tracks.
  • Call Review & Coaching: Monitor and analyze call recordings to identify coaching opportunities.
  • Drive ROI: Establish & track KPIs and report on training effectiveness.
  • Partner with Leadership: Align training with business priorities.
  • Field Coaching & Mentorship: Conduct sessions and observations to elevate performance.
  • Methodology-Driven Enablement: Deliver training using proven sales frameworks.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep training content competitive.
  • Maintain Resources: Manage engaging materials including playbooks and e-learning content.

Who We’re Looking For:

A competitive, high-performing sales leader turned trainer, or a strategic trainer with deep roots in sales, who knows how to inspire teams, lead with energy, and build a winning culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or leadership.
  • Proven success designing training that delivers measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong foundation in sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Experience with call analysis and CRM-guided coaching.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience coaching reps across varying experience levels.
  • Ability to align training programs with business strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial lending, fintech, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Training or coaching certifications (ATD, CPTM, Challenger, Sandler, etc.)
