This opportunity seeks a skilled Registered Nurse with NICU experience to provide exceptional care to newborns in a specialized neonatal intensive care setting. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, monitoring infant health, and supporting families during critical moments.

Position Details:
- Contract duration: 16 weeks
- Hours per week: 36
- Schedule: Flexible within the weekly hours
- Dress code: Any color scrubs
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and clear RN license
- Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an RN in a NICU setting
- Proficient in EPIC charting system
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the NICU
- Monitor infant conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members
- Educate and support families regarding their babys care and progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility standards
