Must be able to work independently and collaborate with others. Candidates must have superior analytical and communication skills. Excellent future potential for the right person. Managing own caseload with supervision by partners
Represent clients in court
Prepare and draft motions, discovery demands and responses
Interact with clients and insurance adjusters
Handle depositions
