The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least three years of experience, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.

• Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
• Work to create strong customer relationships to retain current cliental and build new business
• Create and manage staffs weekly schedule and ensure hours are kept in compliance
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales goals to have an understanding of where the store needs to be to reach it's goal
• Keep a clean and safe work environment
• Provide onsite training to new hires

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed
• Three or more years of experience in a store manager or sales manager position in the automotive industry is necessary
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
• Possess a valid NY State driver’s license
• Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success
