Responsibilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing agreements.
• Ensure all contracts comply with organizational policies and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address amendments, claims, and billing functions effectively.
• Conduct regular audits of contracts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Optimize business systems to streamline contract management processes.
• Oversee claim administration and ensure accurate processing.
• Assist with clinical trial operations by managing related contracts and documentation.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Avaya CMS to support contract-related tasks.
• Create and manage banner ads as part of contract deliverables, when applicable.
• Provide guidance on contract-related issues to internal stakeholders.• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in contract management tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Avaya CMS.
• Strong understanding of contract amendments, auditing, and compliance processes.
• Familiarity with claim administration and billing functions.
• Experience working with clinical trial operations and related documentation.
• Ability to optimize business systems for efficient contract management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banner ad creation and management is a plus.
