Job Description

Job DescriptionJob Title: Temporary Bilingual Front Desk AdminLocation:

Freeport, NY

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Flexibility to cover a 1:00 PM–9:00 PM shift one to two times per week

Hourly Rate:

$24–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment

  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries, and provide accurate information

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management

  • Support office operations and collaborate with internal teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)

  • Ability to work full-time onsite

  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or similar administrative role

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Familiarity with EMR systems preferred but not required

  • Professional demeanor and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment



Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
