Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Flexibility to cover a 1:00 PM–9:00 PM shift one to two times per week
Hourly Rate:
$24–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
-
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment

Answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries, and provide accurate information

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
-
Support office operations and collaborate with internal teams as needed
Requirements:
-
Bilingual in Spanish (required)

Ability to work full-time onsite
-
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or similar administrative role
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Familiarity with EMR systems preferred but not required
-
Professional demeanor and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
