Porter - Community Housing Facility
We are seeking a reliable Porter to support daily operations at our community housing facility, helping residents transition to stable housing while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid clients in moving into permanent housing, including transporting belongings and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain facility vehicles, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and in safe working condition.
- Assist with interior and exterior maintenance, such as cleaning common areas, groundskeeping, and minor repairs.
- Receive, inspect, and store deliveries, organizing supplies efficiently for facility use.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance, custodial work, or property management.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
- Strong customer service skills and sensitivity to residents' needs in a housing support setting.
