We are seeking a part-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to service our patients in assisted living facilities located in Brooklyn, NY. If you are looking to fulfill your career, connect with patients on a one-on-one basis and help them heal and live a better quality of life, we are the place for you. 
 
As an NP, you will participate in weekly bedside wound care rounds. You will establish a plan of care, change dressings and perform medically necessary debridement. 
 
Requirements: 
 
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year experience as an NP </li>
<li>Valid NP License in the State of New York </li>
<li>Wound Care Certification (preferred) </li>
<li>Wound Care experience </li>
</ul>
 
Schedule: 
Part time – 1-2 days per week
