Responsibilities:
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Conduct inspections to ensure proper functioning of HVAC equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
- Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment related to HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installations and repairs
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Please note that a valid driver's license is required for this position as it involves driving a company van to various job sites.
If you have experience in property maintenance or plumbing, it would be considered an asset.
