Site Supervisor
Location: New York City

Specialist contractor in the New York region with over 20 years of industry experience.
The company specializes in:

They are seeking an experienced site supervisor with at least 3 years of experience leading projects and crews on exterior restoration projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure facade restoration work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and labor crews, ensuring all site activities are aligned with the project schedule.
- Conduct daily site inspections, monitoring work quality, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to restoration methods and materials.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and ensure proper execution of facade restoration details.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, safety logs, material deliveries, and equipment usage.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and site-specific safety protocols, always promoting a culture of safety.
- Oversee scaffold and rigging setup, ensuring proper anchorage, tiebacks, and safety measures are in place for facade access.
- Manage materials and inventory on-site, coordinating deliveries and ensuring secure, organized storage of restoration products.
- Lead site meetings and toolbox talks, communicate daily goals and addressing any site-related concerns.
- Support punch-list completion and close-out documentation, ensuring restored exteriors meet quality expectations and client standards.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in facade restoration, exterior envelope, or building rehabilitation projects.
- Strong knowledge of restoration methods including repointing, brick replacement, waterproofing, sealant application, and lintel repairs.
- Experience working with scaffold systems, suspended platforms, and rigging in compliance with DOB and OSHA standards.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and restoration specifications.
Salary: Up to $100,000 per year
