We are seeking an Early Childhood Education Teacher&nbsp;to join our organization!&nbsp; Buffalo State Child Care Center is one of&nbsp;SUNY school child care centers. We are one of the few NAEYC accredited centers in the area, offering a high quality program with qualified Lead teachers in every room.&nbsp; We offer a generous employee discount to those with children eligible for our program (ages 2 months-4 years).
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Instruct&nbsp;children up to 4 years in age in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth</li>
<li>Create a fun and safe learning&nbsp;environment</li>
<li>Develop and support schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime</li>
<li>Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents</li>
<li>Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress</li>
<li>Maintain the health and safety of all students&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in childcare, teaching,&nbsp;or other related fields</li>
<li>Passionate about working with children</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with children</li>
<li>Positive and patient demeanor</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
