Observation Unit RN – D/E/N Rotating – On Call/Callback/Charge – Holidays & Weekends as Needed
Complete Description:
Join a fast-paced Observation Unit caring for adult patients who require additional monitoring to determine admission versus safe discharge. The unit handles 20–27 patients/day with an average stay of 27 hours and provides care for both emergency observation and admitted boarding patients. 24/7 provider coverage.
Requirements:
- Active NY RN License
- 2+ years Med/Surg experience
- Telemetry experience (required)
- BLS (AHA only)
- ACLS (AHA only)
Preferred:
- NIHSS certification
Skills / Certifications:
- RN License (NY Only) – Required
- BLS (AHA Only) – Required
- ACLS (AHA Only) – Required
- 2+ Years Med/Surg Experience – Required
- Telemetry Experience – Required
Pay Package Details
13 Weeks
36 Hours Per Week
$20.50 Hourly taxable
$30.75 OT Hourly taxable
$560.00 Meals & Incidentals Per Diem (Tax Free)
$924.00 Lodging Per Diem (Tax Free)
$738.00 Taxable
$1,484.00 Tax Free
$2,222.00 Weekly Before Taxes
