Job DescriptionSalary: $150,000 - $250,000 (Base plus Bonus)

We are seeking for Litigators/Trial Attorneys in New York with +4 years of experience handling personal injury law cases.


Qualifications:

  • Stay up to date on legislation and regulations in your licensed state(s)
  • Experience negotiating settlements and advocate for clients
  • Strong communication and client relationships
  • Work with precision, empathy, and analytical thinking
  • Experience: 5-6 years in litigation, trial experience preferred
  • +4 years of PERSONAL INJURY experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle litigation cases from filing to trial
  • Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
  • Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations
  • Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation
  • Evaluate cases and manage caseloads efficiently
  • Collaborate with our intake team to sign up new cases
