We are hiring a Construction Project Manager with a strong focus on claims management and procurement for commercial construction projects. This role requires experience working with specifications, bid packages, and contract documentation, with an emphasis on scope review and claims resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project procurement processes including bid solicitations, subcontractor coordination, and contract execution.

  • Review project specifications and scopes to ensure alignment with contract documents.

  • Prepare and organize bid packages, RFQs, and supporting documentation.

  • Identify, document, and support contract claims and time/cost impact assessments.

  • Maintain detailed records for filing, compliance, and dispute resolution.

  • Interface with owners, architects, and legal teams regarding scope interpretation and claims.

  • Support change management, negotiations, and claims defense or pursuit.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial construction project management.

  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, claims, and procurement procedures.

  • Experience preparing and reviewing bid documents and scopes of work.

  • Excellent organizational skills for documentation and filing.

  • Experience with state or public sector construction projects is a plus
