Condominium Association Manager

Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation is hiring an organized, detail-oriented Condominium Association Manager to join our dedicated, service-driven residential property management team. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with homeowners and boards while ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our managed properties.

What we ask of you:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the board, homeowners, and vendors-via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Attend board meetings (some after-hours required) and provide strategic guidance and leadership.
  • Manage ambiguity and emotionally charged situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate, using strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Conduct weekly property inspections and ensure timely follow-up on maintenance and operational issues.


Desired experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in residential property management, community management or a related field,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required.
  • Ability to travel frequently (mileage reimbursement provided)

Compensation:

  • The anticipated base rate of pay for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
  • Base rate of pay is determined by a number of critical factors, including but not limited to: required experience, skill set needed, and financial and people management scope.
