This firm handles high-exposure cases across motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury, with a reputation for securing multi-million dollar settlements. They’re growing fast and looking to bring on a driven Personal Injury Attorney to help scale their docket and take cases from intake through resolution. This is a high-autonomy role ideal for someone who thrives in the courtroom and wants real trial experience—not just pre-lit support.

Responsibilities
Handle a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement
Develop case strategy, draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
Attend and take/defend depositions, mediations, and court hearings
Negotiate settlements and advocate aggressively for clients
Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to keep cases moving efficiently
Work directly with clients to gather evidence, medical records, and support damages claims

Job Details



Requirements
JD from an accredited law school and at least 2+ years of experience in personal injury law
Active bar license in good standing (state dependent on office location)
Trial-ready: experience preparing for and/or handling trials a major plus
Skilled in drafting, motion practice, and litigation strategy
Strong communication and client management skills
Results-driven and able to handle a fast-paced litigation environment
