Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced Blow Mold Operator for a manufacturing facility in Highland, NY. This role supports high-volume plastic bottle production and requires strong mechanical ability, attention to quality, and the ability to make real-time machine adjustments in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and run blow molding equipment to ensure efficient and consistent production
• Monitor bottle quality throughout the production cycle and make necessary adjustments to maintain proper shape, weight distribution, and material flow
• Conduct in-process quality checks, including reviewing machine settings and verifying sectional weights
• Troubleshoot defects and fine-tune machine parameters to reduce waste and downtime
• Complete routine equipment upkeep and escalate mechanical concerns when needed
• Document production output and quality results accurately
• Move materials such as preforms and resin using pallet jacks and, at times, forklifts
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while following all company safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on technical experience
• Ability to identify product inconsistencies and adjust equipment accordingly
• Background in blow molding, plastics production, or industrial machine operation preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
