Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In an engaging educational environment, professionals will provide specialized speech-language therapy to elementary students. This role is crucial in supporting young learners with moderate disabilities, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources needed for effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within school settings
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and recommendations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy in one-on-one and small group settings, as outlined in IEPs
  • Collaborate with educators and other specialists to create a supportive learning environment
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
