Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Engage students' potential by providing essential speech-language pathology services in an elementary school setting. This contract position is designed for dedicated professionals who are eager to support young learners in Johnson City, NY, from September 4, 2025, to June 26, 2026.

Qualifications:

• Current CCC-SLP certification or CFY status
• Experience in school settings, particularly with elementary age groups
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Proficient in assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on individual assessments
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support for students
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and IEP documentation
• Provide direct therapeutic services and monitor student outcomes
