What You’ll Do
As the Guest Experience Team Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our guests have the time of their lives. Your role will include:
- Leading and inspiring the guest experience team to deliver top-tier service.
- Overseeing the flow of guest interactions to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.
- Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly with professionalism and care.
- Collaborating with management to implement new ideas for enhancing the guest experience.
- Training and mentoring team members to uphold our high standards.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced leader who can bring their expertise to our team. Ideal candidates will have:
- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
