Pay: $32 - $38 per hour

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified Middle School English Teacher for an onsite position in Canandaigua, NY area to fill a leave through the end of the 2024-2025 school year. This is an hourly contract role with petitive pay and weekly pensation.

Position Details:

• Start: Immediate

• End Date: End of current school year (2024-2025)

• Hours: Full-time, school hours

• Pay: $32 - $38 per hour (based on experience)

• Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging English Language Arts instruction to middle school students

• Create lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards

• Assess student progress and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student success

• municate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators

• Maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Education or related field (Masters preferred)

• Valid New York State Teaching Certification in English (Grades 5-9 or 7-12)

• Prior experience teaching middle school students preferred

• Strong classroom management and munication skills

• Ability to start immediately and work through the end of the school year
