Location: New Yor, New York

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients from birth through adolescence, including well-child exams, immunizations, and school/sports physicals.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions such as asthma, infections, developmental delays, and ADHD.
  • Educate and support families on nutrition, growth milestones, safety, behavioral health, and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, nurses, and behavioral health providers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Conduct developmental screenings and manage referrals to early intervention or specialty services.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and clinical team meetings
  • Support telehealth visits when needed and participate in community outreach or pediatric health programs.

Requirements

  • Current Nurse Practitioner License in the State of New York
  • Board Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC or FNP with pediatric experience)
  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support); PALS preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience in a clinical setting (new graduates with strong pediatric rotations encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and family engagement skills
