They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience leading projects and crews on exterior restoration projects.
Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and client satisfaction.
- Client Relations: Maintain direct communication with clients, provide updates and ensure their vision is realized.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects adhere to current safety regulations and sustainable building practices, reflecting our dedication to safeguarding investments and minimizing environmental impact.
Experience Required
- At least 5 years of experience working in the construction industry
- At least 2 years spent working as a Project Manager working for a specialty contractor or General Contractor
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or similar related field is preferred
- Familiarity with restoration projects, masonry, scaffolding especially involving historic or landmark buildings, is advantageous
