We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our energetic and growing practice! 
 
Responsibilities: 
 
<ul>
<li>Work directly with patients to achieve maximum recovery </li>
<li>Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress </li>
<li>Record and document patient care services </li>
<li>Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care </li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications: 
 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in OT preferred </li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with patients </li>
</ul>
 Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Licensed/Certified as an Occupational Therapist </li>
<li>Be available 1-3 days per week (with potential of increasing to full time) </li>
</ul>
