A dynamic specialty pharmacy in New York City is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role offers a steady weekday schedule with occasional weekend coverage and the chance to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Every 7th Saturday, 9:00 AM 2:00 PM

Role Highlights:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy technicians, interns, and support staff

• Ensure strict adherence to all pharmacy protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Verify and dispense prescriptions with precision and care

• Maintain accurate records, monitor drug interactions, and provide high-quality pharmaceutical care

• Support a high-volume workflow of 800+ prescriptions daily

Candidate Requirements:

• Active and clear New York State Pharmacist License

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in retail, mail order, or specialty pharmacy

• Proven ability to thrive in high-volume environments

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Comfortable standing for extended periods
