RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Research Pharmacist with a strong background in IV compounding to join a reputable hospital team in New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist passionate about clinical research and investigational drug services within a sterile compounding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compound and prepare IV medications in accordance with USP <797> and <800> guidelines

• Collaborate with clinical research staff to support investigational drug protocols

• Ensure accurate documentation, labeling, and tracking of investigational medications

• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and applicable state/federal regulations

• Participate in audits and uphold quality assurance standards

Requirements:

• Active and clear New York pharmacist license

• Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience

• Proven experience with IV preparation and cleanroom operations

• Proficient in EHR systems such as Cerner or EPIC

• Previous experience supporting clinical research or investigational drug services
