Sexual Harassment/Discrimination Law Attorney Civil Litigation
We are currently getting more calls for new cases than our attorneys and staff can handle. We need another attorney to take on new cases in our office.
Compensation: $100,000 base + 10% in year one, then 1/3 of attorney’s fees on your cases thereafter. Strong six-figure potential. Most attorneys here earn between $150,000–$600,000 annually. Some make 7 figures.
We’re hiring a hungry, driven attorney who’s ready to hit the ground running and grow with one of the top plaintiff-side employment law firms state-wide. If you have a fire in your belly and know how to move cases, you'll make serious money here.
We’re expanding rapidly and need an attorney ready to take ownership, handle their own caseload (est. 40+), and lead with confidence. No micromanaging here. We trust you to do the job you were hired to do. You’ll be supported by a paralegal and have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned litigators who've secured multi-million dollar results.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensed and in good standing in Florida and admitted to federal court
- 1–2+ years of experience in employment law (plaintiff or defense)
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Sexual harassment
- Discrimination (race, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, etc.)
- Retaliation / whistleblower claims
- Wage and hour (FLSA/overtime)
- Comfortable working cases from intake through discovery and trial
- Negotiation and litigation skills are a major plus
- Must be personable, assertive and ready to advocate for our clients
- Trial experience is a BIG advantage
- Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
What We Offer:
- $100,000 base salary + 10% on your cases in Year 1 OR 1/3 of attorneys’ fees on your cases off the bat. up to you which option.
- After Year 1: 1/3 of attorneys’ fees on your cases
- Most attorneys here earn between $150,000–$600,000 annually
- Paralegal assigned to support you
- Opportunity to pro hac vice in other states we have offices in
- You will receive 50% of the firm’s fee on hourly matters on cases you sign up such as: severance agreement reviews, employment contract negotiations, employee handbook creation and compliance reviews and other contract-based services; This includes any flat-fee or hourly work
- Percentage of attorney referral fee given to you if a firm possible case is referred to another firm and is signed up
- 50% Health insurance coverage after 6 months
