Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified X-Ray Technologist for a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This opportunity is ideal for new graduates ready to launch their radiologic technology careers.

Responsibilities:

• Verify patient identity and review physician orders
• Perform radiographic imaging as per written directives
• Explain procedures clearly and compassionately to patients
• Properly position and assist patients during imaging
• Minimize radiation exposure with proper shielding techniques
• Ensure high-quality imaging to reduce repeat exams
• Collaborate with the resident radiologist for additional imaging if necessary
• Monitor and maintain x-ray equipment functionality
• Promptly report equipment issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of imaging procedures

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Radiology, or related field
• New York State License required
• ARRT Certification preferred
• Medical background (EMT, CMA, Medical Assistant) preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
