Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Process Technician with strong experience in maintenance mechanics and a specialization in purified water systems. This role requires a candidate with 2-4 years of experience who excels in troubleshooting and maintaining various systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on equipment and systems, including purified water systems, plant utilities, and liquid blending process equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot purified water systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform maintenance of plant utilities such as compressed air, steam, and water distribution systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot liquid blending process equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety inspections and training.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders and safety reports following cGMP and Data Integrity guidelines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, coordinating with other departments as needed.
Essential Skills
- 2-4 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Tech.
- Strong experience with purified water systems preferred
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and process control systems.
- Strong mechanical ability.
