Job Title: Patient Registrar
Location: Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567
Shift: Day, (8:00 am - 4:00 pm)
Duration: 3 months + possible extension
Pay Range: $21 - $23/hr (on W2)
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in person or by phone, establish first contact, and communicate arrivals to clinical staff.
- Confirm, update, and verify patient insurance and demographics to ensure physician participation prior to or at time of visit
- Process HIPAA forms, referrals, authorizations, and ensure medical records are prepared and available
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience
- Experience using EPIC system
