Job Description

We are looking for a dedicatedCNC Machinistin Skaneateles New York 13153with $30.00/hr pay for a 6-month contract, temp only. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on with modern HAAS machines, work on real-world precision components, and enhance your CNC programming experience using Solidworks CAD/CAM. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years related experience in CNC programming – APPLY NOW!

Schedule:Mon-Fri 7 AM to 3:30 PM (includes 30mins lunch)

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Familiarity with HAAS and Solidworks CAD/CAM.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry.
Ability to calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, depth and angle of cut, or enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1yr plus CNC programming background.
