Speech Therapist
Shift: Full-Time
Rate: $81,900 - $87,750 annual salary (depending on experience) 
Location: Roscoe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Job Description: Speech Language Pathologist makes assessments and provides appropriate services to help residents and patients improve and/or regain skills as part of a comprehensive therapy regimen.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Evaluate and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders.</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.</li>
<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident progress.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.</li>
<li>Active SLP license in NYS</li>
<li>Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.</li>
</ul>
