We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of our spa. As a Spa Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations:
    • Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and in-person.
    • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain a clean and inviting reception area.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Manage the spa’s appointment book and coordinate schedules for therapists and other staff.
    • Process payments, manage billing, and handle cash transactions accurately.
    • Maintain client records, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
    • Order and manage inventory of spa supplies and products.
  • Operations:
    • Ensure all spa areas are clean, well-stocked, and ready for use.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
    • Monitor and manage the spa’s retail product inventory, including ordering and stocking.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of spa policies and procedures.
  • Marketing and Sales:
    • Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to clients.
    • Assist in developing promotional materials and strategies to attract new clients.
    • Engage in social media and online marketing activities to enhance the spa’s online presence.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using appointment booking software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for wellness and customer satisfaction.
