· 8am-4pm, M-F
· Onsite in New York, NY 10010
Pay: $30.00 per hour W2
Duration: 3+ months to start; this is an extendable role
· Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring fulfillment of new services run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Monitor delivery performance, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and implement corrective action plans.
· Use data and insights to design and execute improvements to workflows, team structures, and fulfillment practices.
· Create and own workflows that keep launch projects on track from beginning to end to build a successful business foundation.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives, training programs, special projects, market expansion efforts, and share insights on key learnings from coverage assignments.
Requirements:
· Background: office, operations support, or concierge
· Skills: Highly organized, comfortable working in Google Sheets, sending emails
· Education: High School Diploma minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred
