Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and monitor patients in a telemetry setting.

- Serve as charge nurse when assigned, overseeing unit operations.
- Mentor and support new nursing staff as a preceptor.
- Participate in committees to contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and standards.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license, New York State.
- Minimum of two years nursing experience, with specific Telemetry experience required.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to professional development and adherence to evidence-based practices.
