A leading NYC mechanical company is looking for a Foreman/Supervisor/Project Manager to specialize in supervision and estimating for our PUMP, MOTOR, FAN division. Apply today.
Job Description:
- Review pictures, videos and notes of site conditions.
- Communicate with technicians, other Project Managers and Management.
- Create proposals for the Customers, as needed, in an expedited fashion.
- Procure material, as needed, for these projects.
- Supervise mechanics and their apprentices to complete these projects.
- Provide proper communication and customer service with customers on behalf of the Company.
Necessary Knowledge:
- General knowledge of boosters, ejectors, sump/sewage, etc
- How to repair and rebuild a variety of equipment
- How to properly size equipment for replacement and upgrade needs
- Strong computer skills
Necessary Qualifications:
- Valid, Clean Driver's License
- 10+ Years Experience as a technician
- 3+ Years Experience as a Supervisor/Foreman
