Job Details:

• Work variable ICU schedule with day/night shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Full-time position with day, night, weekend, and holiday coverage required
\n• Must maintain current New York State registered professional nurse license
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (through RQI system during clinical orientation), NIHSS
\n• Basic Coronary Care certification required within 6 months of hire
\n• CPI certification required within 90 days of hire
\n• Emergency Nurses Association certification recommended within 2 years
\n• TNCC certification recommended within 2 years
\n• Provide care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
\n• Demonstrate professional behavior consistent with Healing Environment principles
\n• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional patient interactions
\n• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while promoting teamwork
\n• Computer literacy required with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record experience preferred
\n• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required
