Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a full-time maternity leave contract in a school-based setting. The OT will provide services to support students functional and academic success through assessment, intervention, and collaboration. This temporary role involves direct services, documentation, and teamwork with educators and families.

Start Date: September 2nd

End Date: Early November

Schedule: Full time, 35 hours per week

Caseload: K12, approximately 20 students
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in groups

Collaborate with school staff and families to support student participation in school routines
-
Document student progress and maintain accurate records
-
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting

Maintain therapy materials and adhere to all professional standards and regulations
Qualifications:
-
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
-
Current NBCOT certification and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist

School-based experience preferred

Strong munication, collaboration, and documentation skills
