Responsibilities- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently
-
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy
-
Verify part dimensions using precision measuring tools
-
Make tool offset adjustments as needed
-
Perform in-process inspections and quality checks
-
Follow company procedures for tagging, inspection, and documentation
-
Support lean manufacturing systems and continuous improvement efforts
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
Qualifications- 1–3 years of CNC machining experience

Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)

Ability to perform in-process inspections and follow quality procedures
-
Familiarity with tool offsets and G/M code preferred
-
Strong attention to detail and safety focus

Flexibility to work overtime as required
Work Environment- Manufacturing setting with moderate to loud noise levels

Standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting may be required

Requires strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Safety glasses and PPE required at all times
