Responsibilities:
• Process and address department requests in company ticketing system to ensure timely resolutions.
• Manage card operations, including adjustments, orders, and associated tasks.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to monitor and analyze operational data.
• Utilize Excel formulas and functions to support reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve card service issues accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure precision and attention to detail in all operational processes.
• Assist with account resolution tasks to maintain compliance and operational standards.
• Perform data entry tasks to support various accounting functions.
• Contribute to operational support initiatives to improve workflows and processes.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of financial and operational processing.
• Proven experience in account resolution and debit card operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including applying formulas and functions.
• Solid background in data entry and operational support.
• Familiarity with accounting functions and processes.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with ticketing systems such as Jira is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to track, analyze, and resolve operational issues.
