Pay Rate: $30-$40/hr.

Reports to: Engineering Manager & Operations
Hours: 6:00am-4pm M to F Primarily
Overtime: Possibility of OT on occasional Saturdays: 6am-12pm
Must Be:
•\tAble to Program CNC Machines, write code and understand machining, production processes, CAD/CAM Software.
•\tMust have strong understanding of GD&T, ability to read technical and engineering blueprints to specifications.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role goes beyond traditional engineering—it requires hands-on expertise in machining, programming, and optimizing manufacturing processes from concept to completion. As a key player in our production operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless part development, driving efficiency, and maintaining quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
•\tDevelop, program, and optimize CNC and other automated machining systems for precision manufacturing.
•\tAssure product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished product and process capabilities, establishing standards, and confirming manufacturing processes.
•\tOversee the full lifecycle of components, from design to final production, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage.
•\tTroubleshoot and refine machining processes to enhance performance, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
•\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and production staff, to streamline operations and solve complex manufacturing challenges.
•\tUtilize engineering principles to analyze and enhance machining workflows, material usage, and equipment functionality.
•\tAssist in the development (design and machine) of new/existing features.
•\tLead continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and excellence in manufacturing operations.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
•\tBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
•\tExtensive experience in machining, CNC programming, and production process optimization.
•\tStrong understanding of manufacturing technologies, CAD/CAM software, and automation systems.
•\tFamiliarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.
•\tProblem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and implement effective solutions.
•\tExcellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
•\tMust have extensive experience in precision machining, GD&T, ability to read technical and engineering blueprints
