 The Practice:

<li>Hospital employed position</li>
<li>$450K annual base salary plus wRVU incentives</li>
<li>$100K signing bonus, $15K relocation reimbursement, $20K loan repayment (4 years max of $80K), PTO, CME and paid malpractice</li>
